Stub Axle consist of a stationary rear axle tube 
with axle shafts (bolts) welded on the ends. 
The axle shaft (bolt) size  should match the wheel bearings. 
Typical wheel bearings are 5/8" or 3/4" ID (inside diameter). 
The bolt is usually 4 to 5 inches in length.
